Older Mac (OS X 10.10 – macOS 11)? Download legacy version. Not sure? Apple menu → About This Mac.

  1. Download with Safari (keep this page's link — it tells the installer where to enroll).
  2. Open the .pkg. If macOS says it can't be opened: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down → Open Anyway.
  3. Follow the installer and enter your Mac password.
  4. For remote support, approve Screen Recording and Accessibility for the agent when prompted.
Remote monitoring: macOS 10.10+. Remote control: macOS 11+.
