All-in-One Installer (Recommended)

Batch script that downloads and installs both Mesh + RMM agents automatically. Right-click → Run as administrator.

How to install

  1. Option A (easiest): Download the All-in-One batch file. Right-click it and choose Run as administrator. It handles everything automatically.
  2. Option B (individual MSIs): Download one or both MSI files. Double-click each one. Windows may ask to allow changes — click Yes.
  3. That's it. Both programs install as background services. You won't see anything running — they work silently.
Windows may say "unrecognized publisher". This is normal for new software. Click More info then Run anyway. The files are downloaded directly from richtertechnology.com and are safe.
